How does the custom design process work?
It starts with your idea — an occasion, a feeling, a sketch, or a photo for inspiration. We work with you on the details, from style and stones to setting, until the design feels unmistakably yours. Learn more about custom designs →
Do you repair jewelry? What about the warranty?
Yes — we offer repair support for your pieces; just ask about a repair and we will help you find the right path. An optional Jewelers Mutual repair warranty is also available for purchase with every piece: it covers eligible repairs from wear and accidental damage, and it does not cover loss or theft.
